Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Village Bikes. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and original packaging for a full refund. Items returned without a receipt will receive store credit for the current selling price. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition.

For bicycle purchases the customer will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee, to be taken off the item being returned total.

For online orders, the same 14-day policy applies. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Village Bikes does not reimburse shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of pickup, giving you confidence in the work we do. If you experience an issue within that time, simply bring your bike back with your repair receipt and we’ll make it right.
