Cancellation Policy
If service appointment is missed, we will add a $10 surcharge onto the next service received in store. Although you picked a time for drop-off, this appointment is for a spot in the service queue. We are a small shop and can only have about 40 service bikes in at a time. When service is completed, you will be notified. Please be prompt with pickup! All bikes left longer than 7 days after completion will be charged $5 a day in storage.
